Description
This rum is distilled and aged on Reunion Island, and then traveled to Burgundy for an extra maturation of at least 12 months in ex-Fine de Bourgogne barrels from the Jacoulot house. A spirit made from the distillation of “wine lees” from the Pinot Noir grape variety and aged in wood for at least 3 years. The result is a sweet and nice fin rum.
