Description
Yuan Shan Distillery is located in Yilan, in the northeast of Taiwan. This young distillery started its activity in 2006 and has already won several awards on the international scene. Its whiskies are influenced by the mists of the Pacific Ocean and the purity of the sources of the snow-capped Hsueshan Mountains. The Solist range is composed of the best single casks of the distillery, bottled at cask strength. This intense whisky matured in a sherry cask has a beautiful natural colour and has not been chill-filtered. A limited edition of 430 bottles bottled in 2020.
