Description
Named "Black River Casks", this Appleton Estate 15 Year Old pays homage to the iconic Black River, the source of water that feeds the distillery for the production of its rums. It’s a molasses rum aged in American oak barrels for at least 15 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. A rum with a nice sweetness and not too much oak on notes of toasted almond, hazelnut, orange peel, vanilla and a hint of roasted coffee and molasses.
