Description
This Midleton Barry Crockett celebrates one of his second-generation former Master Distillers, Barry Crockett, who has shaped the style of the Midleton distillery for almost half a century. It’s a typical Irish expression, single pot still, made with malted and unmalted barley, triples distilled in traditional copper pot stills that represents the quintessential taste of Irish whiskey. It’s a personal selection from Barry with elegant old whiskeys, some of which are 22 years old, matured in ex-American bourbon barrels and mostly first-fill. To this is added a contribution of whiskeys of at least 18 years old aged in unseasoned American oak barrels.
