For its 9th Private Edition released in 2018, the Glenmorangie distillery presents a whisky entirely matured in American ex-rye whiskey casks. Named Spios which means “spice” in Scottish Gaelic, this whisky already announces its character with notes of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg accompanied by a beautiful herbaceous freshness and a touch of caramel and vanilla.
