This single malt was distilled on 15 February 2011 in Scotland. It then travelled to the Burgundy cellars of the Maison Couvreur to mature for 10 years in barrels of Jura yellow wine. It was bottled without filtration on 22 June 2021 for an edition of 3000 bottles of 50 cl, all numbered.
