Description
This is the 5th batch proposed by “La Maison du Rhum” selected at the Chamarel rum distillery. A rum resulting from a 2014 distillation which is a mix between a column still for 70% and an pot still for 30%. It is bottled in 2022 after 8 years of maturation in three types of French oak barrels, new, ex-cognac and ex-red wine and a finishing in Oloroso sherry and single malt whisky casks. A greedy rum with woody notes, spices and a fruity sweetness.
