Once again, the Locher brewery-distillery in Appenzell proposes us a tasting experience with its Snow White edition. For this 8th edition 2020, the Snow White adventure begins with 5½ years of sleep in beer barrels, then a change of bed for a few more months of slumber in old barrels from the 1940's that have been used for 70 years for the elaboration of Pineau des Charentes (a blend of grape must and cognac). So, wake up your taste buds by kissing Snow White and discover the magic of the influence of this liqueur wine.
