This single malt from the Dailuaine distillery was distilled in August 2010 and aged for 10 years including 12 months finishing in an ex-Viognier white wine cask. From this unique cask, this whisky was bottled at cask strength, with its natural colour and without chill filtration for an edition of 277 bottles. With a very dry side with woody notes, just ripe apricots and fresh walnuts, this whisky is well suited as an aperitif.
