This American rum from Georgia is made from two varieties of sugar cane that grow not far from the distillery. A pure cane juice rum which is heated to make a syrup and then distilled in a Pot Still. The rum is then aged for 5-6 years in a single cask, a new fresh 200 litre barrel, before being bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration or adding. A rum with a long finish with notes of leather, pineapple, caramel and pepper.
