Nowadays distilled at Saint James distillery in small productions, the J. Bally rums pay homage to their father, Jacques Bally, founder of the Bally distillery who was one of the first to produce agricultural rums in Martinique and a true artisan in the development of old rhums. The juice of sugar cane that grows on the volcanic land of the north of the island creates the distillate of this rum which is then aged for 6 years in oak barrels. An AOC rum with a beautiful aromatic palette from vanilla through to exotic spices.
