This rum is an easy delight to drink simply on the rocks or in cocktails to which it lends itself very well. Around Ste Rose in Guadeloupe it is called "Ouis-ki an nou" (meaning our own whisky), a rum with notes of sweet spices and a beautiful creation by Leopold Reimonenq, the pillar of the distillery.
