Description
Elaborated at Midleton distillery not far from Cork, this Irish whiskey is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley in equal parts and then triple distilled in copper pot stills. It is then matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts. This cask strength whiskey makes you vibrate with an outburst of aromas.
