It is not far from the beaches of Goa in India that this single malt is elaborated. The distillery receives water from the surrounding mountains, the Western Ghats, and Indian barley from the foothills of the Himalayas. This whisky is aged in first fill and second fill bourbon barrels for 3 to 5 years and enjoys an extra maturation due to the tropical climate. This single malt is part of the batch 04 of July 2017, barrels selected to be bottled without reduction, always with a natural colour and without chill filtration which may reveal some deposits. A whisky with exotic notes that could be surprising at a blind tasting.
