This is the 2021 edition of the Wolfburn Father's Day, a lightly peated whisky, aged for 8 years in second-fill ex-bourbon Quarter Casks. It’s a limited edition of 980 bottles of a single malt bottled undiluted, with its natural colour and without chill-filtration.
Tasting notes by the Rêves de Whisky team: A fairly dry whisky with a hint of smoke and salt on notes of apple, pepper and cinnamon.
