Description
The cask strength edition was launched in 2015, it is the most vivacious expression of the Tomatin distillery, though still retains characteristically rich and sweet undertones. This whisky is matured in a classic combination of first fill ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. Aromas of golden syrup and ginger biscuits prevail while flavours of malt loaf and marzipan lead to a dry, lingering spicy finish. It's bottled without chill filtration and with a natural colour.
