Focus on yeast with this Glenmorangie Allta, a “wild” yeast which gives its name to the whisky, collected in the fields of barley of the distillery, which was cultivated and then used in the fermentation process to create this 10th Private Edition of Glenmorangie released in 2019. This experimental whisky was aged in bourbon casks including mainly second fill casks. It is now up to you to discover the influence of this particular yeast on the taste of this whisky.
