Description
The distillery was founded in 1790 in a bucolic setting in the North of the Highlands. With this 15-year-old Balblair, the distillery proposes us a very fruity whisky with a little astringency. A whisky initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, followed by the rich influence of first fill Spanish oak butts. It is bottled with its natural colour and without chill-filtration.
