This whisky with fruity notes is a blend of single malts from Scotland matured in the moderately damp part of the cellar of the house Michel Couvreur in Burgundy. It is aged for 12 to 20 years in Pedro Ximenez fresh barrels and bottled at its natural degree. Tasting it with a little water will reveal a slight smoke note.
